How the process unfolds
The process is quick, easy, and painless. I'll guide you every step of the way from discovery to delivery.
Discovery call
We’ll hop on a call to chat through your brand needs. If we're a match, we lock in your week.
Strategy + Design direction
Before we begin, we'll have a deep dive video call discussing your brand personality and goals. Then, you'll gather your content (copy, images), and upload it to your client hub.
Creation
Then, I work on bringing our vision to life! You'll be able to give feedback (if any) throughout the build.
Delivery
After we create magic and all is approved, your design files and deliverables will be packaged up and securely handed over to you. You'll be ready to launch the following day!
Optional ongoing support
If you want to keep your focus on other tasks, you can leave any small modifications like copy edits, image changes, and blog uploads to me for a monthly retainer fee. This is not required.

Your base template ($0–$600) and platform hosting are purchased by you, separate from my design fee. Why? Because then you legally own your template license and assets. I am simply the architect you hire to build on it.
Are template and hosting costs included?
Which platform should I choose?
For the ultimate anti-big-tech option I highly recommend Ghost for privacy-first, open-source publishing or Showit for absolute creative freedom. But, if you just paid a renewal fee on Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify I'll never force you to switch. I have lots of experience with all of them.
Open-source software means the underlying code is completely public, transparent, and built by a community. No single tech monopoly owns the core framework, so you maintain total control and ownership over your digital home. It's the ultimate form of digital independence.
What does "open-source" actually mean?
It means minimizing our reliance on massive, data-harvesting corporate monopolies (Big Tech) wherever possible. Behind the scenes of your project, I use almost entirely independent, open-source, or privacy-respecting software, from Proton Drive for secure file transfers to DocuNinja for contracts, ensuring your business/personal data and our communications remain secure, ethical, and entirely yours.
What does a "privacy-first" or "sovereign" tech stack actually mean?
Absolutely. My standard structure is typically a 50% deposit to lock your spot in my calendar, with the remaining 50% due on Launch Day. However, if you need to break the investment into smaller payments, we can easily map out a custom, flexible payment plan that works for you - as long as an initial deposit is made to secure your dates. All invoicing is handled securely and transparently through DocuNinja.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely not. Most corporate agencies hold your site hostage with mandatory monthly retainers just to change a sentence. I do the opposite: I hand you the keys. After launch, you will receive a custom video tutorial showing you exactly how to update text, swap images, and manage your site yourself. You own your platform.
Do I have to sign a long-term retainer contract for you to maintain my site?
If you prefer a completely hands-off approach so you can focus on other tasks, I offer an optional Digital Steward Retainer. This is a flat monthly partnership where I handle all of your micro-updates like swapping photos, pop-ups, updating copy, publishing your blog posts, and keeping your site polished.
But what if I want you to handle the small ongoing updates?
The monthly retainer covers everyday maintenance. But, when your business evolves and you are ready for a macro-update (like adding a long-form sales page, integrating a full digital product store, or brand refresh) past clients get priority booking for a Website Day. We’ll knock out all your major structural additions in one focused, intensive sprint.
